About the Author
Jeremiah Johnson is a graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL where he earned his bachelors degree in Church Ministries. He entered full time ministry at 20 years old and has had the privilege of traveling and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ in Africa, India, Israel, and many countries in South and Central America. He planted Heart of the Father Ministry is 2010 in Lakeland, FL and while carrying a kingdom perspective for life and people, he has continued to minister prophetically to leaders and churches all over the United States and abroad. Jeremiah's passion is to restore the prophetic ministry to the body of Christ in a way that communicates the Father's Heart and also produces Christ-likeness. He began his prophetic school called, "the Samuel Company" in 2008 and has since been used to train and equip thousands of individuals for the prophetic ministry all over the United States. A must read book

This author does a fabulous job of warning the body of Christ of its errors and responsibility to pray for this nation, its leaders, the body of Christ as well as being a wake up call for discernment and repentance. At the same time it sends the message of hope in the near future as we answer the rallying cry to pray and fast with humility for those in this nation and the world at large. Finally it focuses on making sure we examine ourselves to be sure we reflect the heart of the Father as we pay and reach out to others. It's not just a book, it's a prayer guide.

Thank you Jeremiah Johnson for publishing your dreams. Very insightful and this gives me more prayer points!
This book is a quick read. :) But a book you will refer back to from time to time. Kinda reminds me of a shortened version of The Shepherd's Rod.

Intercessors Arise

As I have read the book but also had previously read many of the dreams on Facebook as they have been released on Jeremiah's page and then see headlines in the newspaper that confirmed the word shortly after first reading them on Facebook, made me say to myself to listen to what the Lord has given to Jeremiah to prophecy and then pray. There are many needs expressed in the book that are on the Lords heart and require prayer. Jeremiah says the three keys for the church in 2014 are humility, prayer and fasting in order to see the breakthrough for our family, nation, nations and ourselves. It is a call to repentance, prayer, and fasting. May the Lord bless you.

About the Author

Priscilla LeMone, RN, DSN, FAAN

Associate Professor Emeritus. Sinclair School of Nursing, University of Missouri

Adjunct Associate Professor of Nursing, College of Nursing, The University of Ohio

 

Priscilla LeMone spent most of her career as a nurse educator, teaching medical-surgical nursing and pathophysiology at all levels from diploma to doctoral students. She has a diploma in nursing from Deaconess College of Nursing (St. Louis, Missouri), baccalaureate and master’s degrees from Southeast Missouri State University, and a doctorate in nursing from the University of Alabama—Birmingham. She is retired as an Associate Professor Emeritus, Sinclair School of Nursing, University of Missouri—Columbia, but continues to keep up to date in nursing both as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Ohio State University, College of Nursing and as an author of nursing textbooks.

 

Dr. LeMone had numerous awards for scholarship and teaching during her more than 30 years as a nurse educator. She is most honored for receiving the Kemper Fellowship for Teaching Excellence from the University of Missouri—Columbia, the Unique Contribution Award from the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association, and for being selected as a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing

 

Dr. LeMone currently lives in Ohio. She enjoys traveling, gardening, knitting and reading fiction.

She believes that her education gave her solid and everlasting roots in nursing. Her work with students has given her the wings that have allowed her love of nursing and teaching to continue through the years

 

 

 

Karen M. Burke, RN, MS

Karen Burke has been a nurse educator for much of her career, teaching basic and advanced medical-surgical nursing and pathophysiology. She retired as director of the nursing and health occupations programs at Clatsop Community College in Astoria, Oregon, subsequently serving as nursing education consultant and program manager for the Oregon State Board of Nursing. She currently provides consulting services for nursing and higher education.

 

Ms. Burke earner her diploma in nursing from Emanuel Hospital School of Nursing in Portland, Oregon, later completing baccalaureate studies at Oregon Health & Science University, and a master’s degree in nursing at the University of Portland. She has been actively involved in nursing education and clinical nursing education reform, as well as in initiatives to address the nursing faculty shortage. Ms. Burke is coauthor of another text, Medical-Surgical Nursing Care (3rd edition) with Elaine Mohn-Brown and Linda Eby.

 

Ms Burke strongly values the nursing profession and the importance of providing a strong education in the art and science of nursing for students preparing to enter the profession, no matter which educational path is being pursued.

 

 

Gerene Bauldoff, RN, PhD, FAAN

Gerene Bauldoff is an Associate Professor of Clinical Nursing at the Ohio State University College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio.  She has been a nurse educator for ten years, teaching medical-surgical nursing, clinical specialist role and translational science courses at the baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral levels.  Prior to her nursing educator role, her clinical background includes home health nurse, lung transplant coordinator and pulmonary rehabilitation coordinator.  Dr. Bauldoff has a diploma from the Western Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing, Pittsburgh, PA, and a BSN from LaRoche College, in Pittsburgh.  Her graduate education is from the University of Pittsburgh, with a MSN in Medical-surgical nursing (Cardiopulmonary clinical nurse specialist) and PhD in Nursing in 2001, training under Leslie Hoffman, PhD, RN, FAAN. 

 

Dr. Bauldoff is an active member in multiple professional organizations including Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR), the American Thoracic Society Nursing Assembly and the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP).  She is a recognized expert in medical-surgical nursing, focusing on the care of the patient with chronic pulmonary disease and served as the nursing representative on the ACCP/AACVPR Evidence-based Guidelines for Pulmonary Rehabilitation published in 2007.  She has been honored with fellowship in AACVPR and ACCP.   She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and has been appointed to the Community-Based Care board of the Ohio Council of Home Care and Hospice. 

 

Dr. Bauldoff feels nursing is the best profession, using of scientific evidence to provide the highest quality of care while maintaining the personal relationship with the patient and their family.   Her experiences provide her with insights and lessons learned that she shares with her students. 

 

Dr. Bauldoff resides in central Ohio.  She enjoys reading, walking, bicycling, golf and spending time with her family and friends.  She is learning the intricacies of social networking and keeps up to date with technology to be able to interface with her students, family and friends.

Even the box is beautiful!

This oracle deck gave me the oooh's and ahhh's before I even opened the box. Victoria Moseley says this deck began with her designing a business card for her clairvoyant readings. The images are antique Victorian in style but there's more...each card is layered with symbols that will be sure to enhance your intuition.

The boxed set comes with 52 illustrated cards and 80 page guidebook. There are 5 illustrated spreads in the guidebook and instructions on how you can use your deck. I love the practical approach presented by Victoria Moseley.

The card backs are as lovely as the images on the front of each card. Reversals are up to the reader but are really not needed with this deck. The cards are high quality with a silky feel that makes shuffling a soothing ritual. A keyword is printed on the front of each card which corresponds to the keyword descriptions in the guidebook. There is nothing harsh, garish or obscene in this deck-it can be used to read for any client.

I have to say that this is one of the nicest "Vintage Lady" decks that I have seen. The images are clear yet they convey mystery. It's an interesting effect that I think you will like.

This deck is perfect for those who love Vintage, those who like gentle images and those who are as intrigued by ephemera as I am.

Beautiful and wise. Just like a woman.

This is probably going to become my favorite oracle deck. I resonate with the images, it is as if they bring out my more feminine energy that is not always apparent. This is a very soft yet powerful deck.
Paris, beautiful gardens, antiques, corsets, tea, sitting at your vanity applying rouge. Wandering through the forest accompanied by a bird on your shoulder or a butterfly beckoning you to a small pond. The nurturing energy of mother, the genuine honesty from a friend who was your best interests in mind. The woman who has been to hell and came back stronger, more sure of herself yet still has compassion and hope
The artwork/images are so beautiful and the messages are simple which I feel allow your intuition to blossom more, especially if you are new to reading any type of cards. Cardstock is good, has a matte finish which, I feel, add to the vintage look of the cards. Backs are non reversible which isn't a big deal since it's not a tarot deck, although I prefer that style. Backs are sepia brown tone with scroll designs, flowers, and the middle features a color photo of a woman's face, Pretty and fit the theme of the deck.
The book is charming and I appreciate the author sharing the story of how the deck came to be. Even though I am pagan, I love that it doesn't have crystals, chakras, pentagrams, cauldrons or any other new age or witchy stuff in it. Sometime you want to read for others who are not comfortable or familiar with those symbols and that energy may affect your ability to help them. Or maybe you just want to display a card in your cubicle at work, in your bedroom if you live with family, without making people question it.

From Abundance to Wisdom

I confess that the art in this deck is not the kind I would normally be drawn to. Having said that, I also confess that I am drawn into many of the images – for example:

Protection (a “statuesque warrior goddess stands on the threshold between two worlds. . . Two regal swans, symbolizing the element of light, stand proudly at Protection’s feet.”)

Shadow Self (“Night has fallen and a young girl pauses beneath a stone portal, perhaps seeking guidance from the raven above.”)

Wisdom (“The last rays of the setting sun fall on this portrayal of mythic Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom, and her wise protector, the Little Owl.”)

Some of the images, I also have to confess, strike me as just plain silly. It’s a personal thing, I know, and has nothing to do with the quality or talent obviously possessed by the artist.

There is a definite Victorian “feel” to these cards, and those who love that period will certainly notice and enjoy.

The more I wander through this deck, the more I understand its appeal. I am looking forward to doing one of the spreads provided in the guidebook.
